Shopping Drognan for Wands.

Would like to know what exactly can spawn on Drognan - Normal Bone wand, superior or normal.

No Magical.

- Bone Spear
- Bone Spirit
- Decrepify

Act 2 Normal shopping has an ilvl cap of 20, so any character of level 15+ will get shopped items with an ilvl of 20.

At ilvl 20, the breakdowns for skills is like this:

20% : level 18 req skill
50% : level 12 req skill
20% : level 6 req skill
10% : level 1 req skill

So you will never see Bone Spirit or Decrepify. You can get Bone Spear though.

The number of skills (0-3) and the plus to the skill (+1, +2, +3) is the same random breakdown regardless of ilvl, so you can certainly find wands with up to 3 skills, and wands with +3 skills there.

Was thinking the same after running for a while... Must say I didn't spot a single +3 Bone Spear though - even if I saw a couple +1 or +2 Bonespears..

Unfortunately, there is no good place. The top two tiers of skills (level 24 and 30 req skills) only appear on items of a high enough ilvl that once shops start selling them, all items are magical. :(

So you'll never see a non-magical staff with +to energy shield in any shop.. you'll have to find it.

I'm looking for non-magic Runic Talon with +3 to DTalon on them, any good place to shop for them? I know Normal-item Claws can't spawn with +skills to them, so I'd need at least the Excep. Blade Talon for it to spawn on, but I'm afraid by the time I can get any that non-magic items are no longer sold... :(

Nope, sorry.. non-magical items are only sold below clvl 20, exceptional and elite items are only sold at clvl 20+. Apparently they screwed this up in the 1.10 beta and you could rush a low-level char to Hell and buy socketed elites, but not in the 1.10 final release.
