what to socket my occy with...

I just traded for an occy yesterday and i was lucky enought to get one with a socket. I was just wandering what yall recommend to socket it with. I've heard a facet, which looks neat to me, but i wanted a second opinion. If yall do think i need a facet, where's the best place to get one?

For those who are rich enough to afford them or lucky enough to find them, use facets. Facets are awesome for sorcs. As for myself, I haven't found any/traded for any so my occy is socketed with a 15 res all/7mf jewel...the extra resists are nice and the MF is just an added bonus. If your sorc is in need of resists, I'd go with a jewel with resists and some other bonus (MF/dex/str/FHR).

ya its looking like facets are crazy expensive. I guess i'll just try to find a jewel then, argh been forever since ive seen a good one...any good hunting spots specifically for jewels?

Hell Meph has dropped 4 facets for me so far, but that's out of around 1000 runs. I'm not sure if there is a better place since I only run Andy, Meph and Pindle.

If you can afford it, an Ist is a good option as well for the MF.

If you are lacking resists then i would highly recommend a 15% resist all jewel with secondary mods - this may free up some room in your inventory for skill charms. otherwise go with a facet.
