View Full Version : Couple Questions
Hiya!
I'm just wondering how I determine the level requirement on crafted items? I know how the ilvl works and how to determine which mods might spawn. ie. if a lvl50 crafts a lvl50 sword what is the minimum level reuired to use it?
Another question is how people determine the area levels. I'd like to search for certain items and would like to stay in the best places. =)
Thanks,
Mort

The highest area levels where most people MF are in act1. The most common, the pit (tamoe highland). TC87..anything in game can drop. If your looking for a SOJ the best place to look is NM andariel.

Your almost there for complete understanding. The item level of an item is determined by the monster level killed that drops it. An item level determines what possible item drops. Blah blah, you know this, anyways,
Each mod that spawns has its on level requirements for use. Therefore when your finalized, the crafted item's character level req for use will be the same as the highest level req mod you have.
Theres a complere lists on diablo2's homepage. Follow the link to monsters levels and there tc's.
