A basic Melee Barb...

All I want is a simple melee build for a barb.

I'd perfer something simple that packs a punch without using the warcries and combat skills (as I don't use them much anyway).

If you can think of something to those specifications..great, if not any barb builds you could suggest will do.

use 2 1h range 3 weps with -35 ias each, and pack on the crushing blow.

You should really get used to using warcries chief, they make your build much more powerful. With 20 BO, 20 shout, and one in Battle Command, you can more than double your life, boost your defense by 300%, and increase all of your skills by +1, and you only have to stop to cast the three of them every 5-10 minutes or so. Plus, with synergies, you get an extra 200% conc damage and 200% berserk damage. It's kind've ridiculous to make a barb without any warcries =/

If you don't wanna work with the utility ones like battlecry, warcry, taunt, and howl, that's alright and all, you can struggle along with out those. But you really should suck it up and use the three beneficial ones. I remember waaaaay back when the game first came out, I thought warcries sucked too, but after awhile, I learned my lesson as to the usefulness of those three skills, along with the others.

1 increased stamina
1 increaseed speed
4 natural res
1 into everything else thats a pre req to those.
My lvl 91 barb has over 20k def and 5600 phys damage with this. PvM he never ever dies, i can stand in the middle of where baal spawns minions in hell dif without moving or attacking and he wont die. Hes also a decent dueler.
