hi ive been playing d2 since 1.09 and ive quit for a while now i am restarting again and i have just learned that if you complete a set you get a special avatar look, like how the trangs set gives you the vampire thingy guy look. i was wondering if any of you guys knew what the other sets looked like or had pictures of them, thanks

I don't have pics but.... I can explain to you.

Full Nats set: Makes ur char ethreal (see through)
And most other full sets just give u a aura looking thing around your char.

PS. These special litte things that alta ur chars appearance only work for class based sets.

Both Tal's and IK sets give you a shining glow to you...don't remember if Aldur's does that...but think it does also.

yes the new sets are coolz :lol: HOS, both mav's and aldurs give the aura

little edit: bul-kathos doesnt giv any appearance alteration and it is class-specific

Mav's = shiney glow
Nat's = etheral apperance
IK = shiney glow
Aldur's = glow
Griz = glow
Trang's = Vamp
Tal's glow

and BK isn't class specific in the same way. While only a barb can use the full set, any character can use either sword, while my Paladin will never use Mav's Bow

I'm want to assemble Griz Set. I have the other 3 I want. Tals, IK, and Trangs. I have Nats too but I dont think its full 1.10.

Aldurs Sucks
M'avs is kinda crappy... Has it's uses, but still kinda crappy...

Nat's 1.10 dosn't have any partial set bonuses, so just get a 3 socket armor and you have the 1.10 set...

Aldur's does suck...and anything related to zons is crappy, but I think I'll enjoy making a Frozen Arrow zon for Mavs

Heh, well I dont have 3 sock armor, but at least I have 4 complete good sets. I just want griz to try it out. There isn't enough damage for just Zealot, not enough skills for Hammer, so only real build I see is a meleemental (Holy Freeze or Holy Shock).

Well others do Pot, some Drink excessivly, others play russian roulette with automatic hand guns.

I guess my vices are D2, Caffeine, and scouting women...

oh well.

Trangs is sweet. If it didn't have that darn cast bug, ALOT more necros would be using it (like tals sorcs and IK barbs)

I still stick with Trangs, IK, and Tals as the best sets. I have seen a few Nats Assassin, 1 Grizz pally, 1 Aldurs Druid, 2-3 M'avs Zonz, but an assload of Tals Sorcs, IK barbs, and Trangs Necros.
