Does Lightning Mastery Increase the Absorb on Energy Shield?

Does Telekinesis Do anything for Energy Shield?

yes. tk makes it take less mana, but cannot take less than 1:1.

under pvp, there's a thread on Energy Shield. they have the stats on how u can calculate the mana it takes when you take damage. Look for that.

No, Telekinesis makes you loose less mana per damage taken. And since it's a synergy only the hard points put in TK help in Mana Shield, so slvl 20 TK is max. This gives you a max efficiency of .75 mana per 1 damage taken.

Read my stickied energy explained post for all energy related questions. Lightning mastery does not do anything for energy shield.
