Did I screw myself over?

Here is my build:
20 Meteor (31)
20 Fire Mastery (31)
20 Fireball (31)
10 Firebolt (21)
1 Teleport(8)
1 Static (8)
1 Orb(8)
1 Cold Mastery(8)
I am level 80, is it too late to ever get any decent cold damage, or should i try to put more points into orb or mastery, how much and in what order? This character will probably go into the low 90's.

I say no, since my lvl 90 Meteorb has 14 firebolt, with enough +skills your F orb can kill anything, just need patience and a good merc :)

i like single tree better. the way i look at it, you are going to be half as effective on twice as many mobs. i'd rather just stick to one tree and destroy everything not immune to it, which is usually 66-75% of all mobs.

I'm inclined to disagree. First, you can get ~75% efficiency with this build at least and still use orb to clean out the rest.
