Very Nice WW sin circlet?

Hey this question is regarding an asn circlet my roomate bought today. Granted, I don't know a lot about sins since I only play necro but this looks really nice to me and i was wondering what u guys think.

Mods: +2 to Assassin skills
30% Faster/run walk
1% to AR (based on char lvl) (at lvl 85 its giving him 85% more AR)
27 to Strength
13 All Resist
50% Poison dmg Reduce
1 Open Socket

with angelic ammy, 2 rings, circlet and enchan given from demon limb he has 22k AR...

is this circlet worth a lot? and is it even better than crown of ages?

NOTE: im not trying to sell it here just wanna get a general idea of how good this is for a ww sin

Its only good if he can get near 50 dr with it :). Dr is very key in pvp. But its probably one of the best ive seen.

Id ber thing. Wear a shaft and verdungo and ur set :).

fade + verdungos gives him 47% dr so i guess hes ok then

I like it, if it had 2 sockets and 20% Faster Hit Recovery i'de hunt ya for it. Ya it great for ww the AR% by lvl is great.

If u ww u dont need fhr? Thats what i always thought... Lots of top barbs all use 39x max/ar/life and annihlus

I gues the extra skills is ok but it has like nothing els that usfull eccept the run walk. It might work agianst poisin users but otherwise, its sucks.

Ok lets look at a shako if your lvl 72 you get,

2 to all skills
110 to life
110 to mana
50% MF

this is way better even if your friend is a mele charecter it sucks, anyways you need leach.

That helm is pretty good becouse of the added strenth and resist all, but there are plenty of better helms out there.

I would like to see those barb vs. a 9 frame necro, 8-7 frame ama or a Fire Ball Sorc. Heck, let 'em face MBing trapper and see how far they get with base FHR.

And a short breakdown of that circlet (vs. Harlequin Crest)(assuming you want to reach some kind of FR/W breakpoint).

27 str = 81 life
13 All Res = ~3 all res. charms (if not needed or max res. ain't an issue it's still a handy little bonus)
1% AR Per Level (very nice)
+2 Skills (same as shako)
1 open socket (possibly Ber / Cham / Anything) Also very good
30% FR/W is worth 6 x Small 5% FR/W charms (is it 3% on small now a days, btw?). That means it's worth roughly 6 x 20 life. That's 140 life right there.

So 221 life (still assuming you want to meet some kind of FR/W restriction, like most leagues have).

Helmets like? For WW sins this helmet is really asskicking good. The AR bonus helps out alot , WW sins lack AR the most.

The stat and resist bonuses are always very nice to have.
And ofcourse the +2 skills.

I do agree that it's possible to get a better helmet , but good luck getting such one. This one is really groovey for WW sins.

Read above. I was a bit off in my calculations. I still use my old 5% FR/W charms for most of my chars. But new found 3%:ers requires a lot more FR/W.

Those 30% though, only help if you acctually PLANNED on getting those extra 30% from somewhere. If one for instance would duell in Euro-PvP and want to push one's character to the limit. Otherwise the FR/W can't really be translated into life. But it sure as hell can be translated to an useful extra mod...

With those mods you don't need any AR :). You just need a substantial sum of beleivers to start calling you God/Goddess. Since AR isn't a mandatory mod on the headgear, I for one can safely say that it is a kickass thingy your friend have either way.

so its basically ar and minor 30%frw for life but over all shako is better IMO, gotta live long enuff to get to kill ppl, while ar can ezily be attained elsewhere

Just read above, please. I already made these calcs. Depending whether you duell league or public (and whether cta is allowed or not) that Circlet can represent 281. Or 81 life + 30% FR/W. And the AR bonus is isn't mockable. Since so many characters, especially pallys and barbs can boost their defense to insane levels it's vital to get high AR if duelling against these.

If we're talking straight PvM, Harlequin Crest is better for most...

Even with angelic combo , without a decent %ar your AR won't be that high. that 1%AR / lvl helps alot with that.
