Only a hacker can be reported...not a scammer. Scamming is actually perfectly legal, they use nothing illegal, and not hack into you in anyway.....you, and others just let them right in....."HI MOM, I'M HOOOME!"

if you wanted you could go to the player matchup forum and notify them of the clan name and scam, if only it will make you feel better in knowing that you might be keeping someone else from being likewise scammed
