Decent Necro ammy?

Just wondering if a rare ammy I found was worth keeping around or trading or whatever. I know very little of the equipment needs of these pale old men. Anyway here are the stats.

Wraith Talisman
+1 Necro skills
10% Fcr
52 life
85 Mana
19 Resist all
Half Freeze Duration

Its lvl req is in the mid 30s. Seems nice enough to me but yeah, I have no idea :scratch:

Ya its a good ammy. Only thing lacking is another skill and some more fast cast. Definitely a keeper. The mana bonus is incredible btw.

lol i was with major when he found it, I would of wanted it but it doesnt have the extra +1 which is vital sometimes.
