Act2 Merc

This regards the act2 mercs.
If i get like a lvl12 act2 defence merc from normal and train him to lvl 85, will he be better/worse than a lvl65 act2 defence merc from hell if i train him to lvl85?

I always train mine normal def act2 merc

The merc that you got from normal mode will be better than the one you get from hell, at lvl 85.

The aura your defense merc uses will level-up much higher if you start him from normal versus hell but he will suffer from the -40 and -100 resistance penalties as would not be the case with a hell versus normal def merc.

A merc hired in normal will have higher resists than a merc hired in hell. And both suffer from the difficulty resist penalties.

I prefer NM act 2 because Holy Freeze(Defensive) and Might(Offensive) just seems more helpfull to me.
