Does your char.'s lvl have an impact on the quality of the items dropped? if so, at what lvl will i finally start getting good items from hell meph? thanks

Clvl has no impact on drops.

On mf runs char lvl has no effect. However, on gambling it does. Perhaps thats were your other opinion came in.

I confirm that clvl has no effect on MF'ing.

alright thanks...then how come, ive been doin runs and the best ive found is a raven frost and a vamp gaze.(pindle and meph). my mf is 478....is that not high enough or something? or do i simply have to do countless runs to ever find anything really good?

MF is mostly based on luck. You could do 5 thousand runs on the same monster in the same difficulty with the same MF and not find things as good as a person who does 10 runs with the same conditions finds.

What difficulty are doing those monsters on? And how many runs have you done so far?

478 seems like plenty of MF but only 20 runs is next to nothing. To find a raven and gaze in 20 runs, I would consider to be darn lucky. In all honesty, you'll need to do hundreds of runs before you really start to find lots of good stuff.

I wish I could find a raven and a gaze in 20 runs... and my mf-er runs at 500+ MF... lol

Honestly 20 is a little on the low side, generally you expect to find something keep-worthy in 20 runs but if you don't its still just darn luck.
