Frozen Orb
Cold Mastery
Ice Bolt

- I need something that can help dominate my enemy :)

You aren't gonna be dominating anyone smart.
2 Raven + Luna = heal from any orb
Say 1.2k orb (ladder can get 1.6k I believe?)
1/6 pvp
200
now..say about 0 resist, to give average
40 dmg after Rfrost
20 healed per bolt after luna

For PvP I'd recommend blizz.
10k
17%, is about 1700.
Still assuming 0 res
80% reduced from raven is like 350ish
Luna, you still do bout 300 dmg per shard. Guess you can double that if they're resists are -100

thing is, they run/walk/tele outta bliz easily.

I would say max those, I odnt know if you belive that using mana pots is cheap in a duel, if you think using mana pots is ok then put points in ES(dont flame me about using pots in duels I dont use any kinda pot in a duel) You also want another skill tree Fire is the best, you wana put pionts into Fireball and fireball synergies thats the best way, if htey start abosorbing all fo dmaage switch to fireball and roast them

thing is, they run/walk/tele outta bliz easily.
to prevent them from running/walking/tele out of a blizzard, u need fcr. it's not that easy to "walk" out a blizzard, unless u have the necessary items to negate cold completely.
