best builds of 1.09 and 1.10

What does everyone thing the best necro builds of 1.09 and 1.10 are? I was thinking Minion based Arty and Dr/Block for 1.09 and Skelemancer and Bone Necro for 1.10. But what does everyone else think?

Just because I missed them so much, I made a sp char with lvl 99 skeles + SM + skele mages the other week. Only got 35 of each though. *tear*
