I think so. I'd use it personally, just for the ed. Probably a merc weapon or something.. not sure if that's what your question was.

I found it on the way to the way to the countess, lvl4 i think. I needed some manapots so i stopped teleporting to kill some monsters, them small ones with swords, the bloodmoortype. Just a regular one no boss or champions.
