Once again, it's:

20 ww, shout, bo, mastery, 1 nat resist, berserk, bcomm, 1 battlecry/inc speed if you want, and the leftovers in ironskin. Enough str for your weapon, enough dex to either use your gear or get max block (if you don't need dex for your gear, and you arn't using a shield, base dex), and the rest into vit. Search around some, using keywords like "whirl" and "whirlwind" and you'll find dozens of posts about this.

Hey Hal, is that assuming a certain # of plus skills. Otherwise wouldn't a few pts into nat resist be a good idea?

You can generally get max resists rather easily without putting more than one point in nat resist. I mean, with one point in it, it will be at 2 after BComm. Then, you get 30 from quests, and you can easily get the rest from gear (arreat's gives 30, and +2 skills as well). I can see putting maybe 5 points on a MF barb, since they lack resists, but never more than that. Most players will end up with some amount of +skills, anyways.
