Need one with -5% enemy resists. The enhanced cold dmg is not as important, but 4 or 5 will obviously get you a better trade.
A few FT's I can think of off the top of my head are Gris Corona and Vortex, Mav's Diadem, Sazabi's Sword, Wizzy(s), Credendum, 31% Vipermagi, 36% ed 1-14 lightning dmg jewel, 3-socket Phase Blade, Shaft, and of course a ton of other mid-ish lvl stuff.
