I keep reading the forum and seeing things like:
Anny Charm (19/10/6)
What the heck do the numbers mean? I'm really confused.

They stand for the variable stats on the anni charm..they are

10-20 to all stats (str, dex, life, energy)
10-20% to all resists
and 5-10% increased experience

the rest of the stats on an anni charm remain constant.

I wish that I could find good charms but I only find crap ones...

Normaly, you can only find magical charms (with blue name). Their potintial mods depend on level of monster that dropped it. In hell you can find pretty good charms, like small +30 to life, small +7 all resistances, Grand +1 a skill level tree.
The Annihilus charm is unique. It is only available in Realms and can't be dropped by normal monsters. Sometimes in a game you can see "Diablo walks the earth" message, when it happens, first unique monster will be spawned as a Diablo Clone. Diablo Clone is a more powerful version of Diablo in the end of Act4. He is the only one, who drops the annihilus charm.

Don't forget Gheed's Fortune, the Unique Grand Charm. It's ladder-only, but that includes Open and Single Player.

well, there are many abreviations that people use...the thing u probably heard was a 3/20/20,(i do not think that there is a 19/10/6 :scratch: ), well this 3/20/20 means a small charm that has 3 to maximum dmg, 20 to atack rating, and 20 to life, all in one charm. This charm is pretty expensive though. There is also a unique charm called the anihilus charm, that has resists, +stats, and more expiriance gained on it. This is probably what you are talking about, this charm you can get of off diablo clone(only on hell difficalty)

And a dupe in 99,9999% of cases.
