4)blue plus 3 poison and bone with extra gold dropped

Can't speak to the seraphs hymn, but for the others you're looking at low gem or crafting rune offers. Anyone who gambles regularly has +3 skill tree amulets coming out of their ears, so it takes good second mods to make them interesting.
