Can anyone tell me what these Facet things are? Im not really SUPER new to the game, but i have been hearing about people talking about Cold Facets and Fire Facets and things, and i am cluesless as to what they are.

I checked whether this had been asked before, and couldnt find any thread about it. However, if i did blindly pass over one then im sorry, and a link would be helpfull.

Facets are unique jewels. There are cold, fire, lightning and poison facets.

They add a litte percentage damage if it's sort, and lower the enemy resistance a little.

Yes, except I WOULDNT have known where to look as I was CLUELESS as to what Facets were. (Armor, Ammy, Charm, Jewel, etc.) So your sarcasm is lost here.
