Item Giveaway Accounts Stolen???? [Archive]

Hi I don't post on here very often but a while ago I posted in the item giveaway that was setup by DH Amazon I believe it was...

The way it worked is someone took 5 items from the accounts and then passed on the password to the next person via private message.

However when I tried to access the accounts earlier the password is incorrect on every account.

Does any 1 know what happened? have the password's been changed by DH Amazon or has someone decided to steal them??

I'm quite dissapointed that someone would do this if that is the case and it's a shame because i'm sure many newcomers could have benefited from some items, especially ladder chars.

Thanks anyway I just thought I would share this information.

With a method of giveaway like that, the acc is bound to be stolen by someone. People around here are not ALL that trustworthy.

Unfortunately that is so...it seems like there will always be someone like that in every community.

If you stole the accounts and you read this: You should be ashamed of yourself as a Diablo 2 player, and as a member of this community. To be that desperate and pathetic, to steal accounts meant to help others through the game...that is sad, and I hope you realize it.
