help w/ eth phase blades

Is it true that you can create eth indestructable phase blades w/o a zod?? And that they can just be regular PB's not, magic or rare etc.?? Hope somebody knows. And if it is possible, whats the recipe?

You need to upgrade an Eth rare Dimensional Blade/Crystal Sword.

That way, you get an Indestructible Ethereal Phase Blade.

But there is no way to up'g a regular eth dimensional blade to a PB unless it's a rare?

Rare and unique eth crystal/dimensional swords can be upgraded. For the rares, to try and get a high ED PB use the 6 skulls recipe.

Is it really worth it to use the soj+Pskull recipe or should I just stick w/ 6x Pskull recipe??

Also: If I find an eth crystal/dimensional/PB and I reroll it a bizillion times to get godly mods, will the eth property always remain, or will it get rerolled as well??

Does someone can tell me about Phase Blade’s durability? Is it Always Indestructible? I mean any PB from normal to unique. If it is the case any ethereal PB must be indestructible? Will ethereal cruel PH of quickness be indestructible or only “of Ages”?

Phase Blades are inherently indestructible, which means they cannot spawn ethereal (and I don't think they can spawn "of ages" either, it would be useless on them).

You will not see an ethereal magic phase blade.

Like the other people have said previously, the only way to get an ethereal phase blade is to upgrade a rare ethereal crystal sword to dimensional blade and then the dimensional blade to a phase blade or to find a rare or unique ethereal dimensional blade and upgrade it to phase blade. So you could get your ethereal Ginther's rift upgraded to an indestructible phase blade. Because of the fact that a phase blade is ALWAYS indestructible it cannot spawn ethereal. Go figure.

I have seen a couple phase blades of ages. It is a useless mod on it, that's what makes it a quirky item. If you're on ladder I would not recommend the soj recipe (for obvious reasons; sojs are just too valuable). If ya have loads of them on non-ladder then I'd say go for it. Then again, they'd probably be more useful trying to get DC to spawn...
