View Full Version : fury/rabies druid gear questions
hmmmmm where to start.. i first began when telling my cuzin wat kinda build he should make taht seems fun and effective.. then i ran across electric blue's hybrid guide (which is great) but i was a little confused while reading it.. he has a "fury dream gear" "rabies dream gear" and "fireclaw dream gear" .. so how should i mix the gear around so its a "fury and rabies dream gear"?
something like :
griz caddy
bramble
trang glove
gores
cats/highlords
carrion
frost
ss
verd?
dunno if im making any sense so sorry =P

You can have switches for Rabies and Fury, like Griz Caddy for Fury and Plague Bearer for Rabies, or something like that, maybe.
But that setup looks quite decent as a middle ground.
Good luck!

O_O Um, ok.
Depending on the opponent you'll basically just want a really fast weapon for Rabies, sometimes. Against casters and ranged, you want range and speed, so Plague Bearer might not really be a good option. For Casters, a Great Poleaxe of some sort should work well with Shift-Rabies. Against Zons you might want a shield for blocking, so a Berserker Axe or Cryptic Sword can work well.
If you're uber rich, a CCSoQ will do wonders for both at once.

the most i can get is caddy which is 2 range =P i think i guess ill go robo poleaxe on weap switch
i dont plan on poison being my dmg dealer.. just an annoyance.. bite em once and fury em with OW and rabies in effect to psychologically scare my opponent as he watches his life drain O_o

Robo Poleaxe would work quite well. But in melee duels you won't necessarily have time to switch back and forth, so I'd just stay on the Caddy the whole time.
