View Full Version : Fury WW Weapons??

I'm making a fury ww right now. He's lvl 67 with lycanthropy, fury, and oak sage maxed out. i'm working on Werewolf right now (lvl 11) and after that I'm going for a grizzly with Dire wolves maxed for life.

I don't need help with skills, I know exactly what I want to do. The problem is that I simply don't do enough damage. My merc is a NM Act 2 Offensive (Might). With might and fury, i do around 400-1500 damage a hit. I'm using Hwanin's Justice Bill, which is nice because of the 40% IAS and Indestructible. However, I just started Hell and it's simply not cutting it. I don't do nearly enough damage. If anyone has any suggestions for a better weapon, please help me. I am poor, so poor that the highest rune I've seen is Shael. Don't expect me to conjure anything high level. The best items I've found so far are String of Ears and Thundergod's Vigor (currently using).

Again, any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance for replying.

a good low level weapon is upgraded steeldriver until IK maul 2 shaeled

Yep IK Maul is great if you can get it (You might be able to trade one of those belts for it, possibly). Or if you are on Ladder and have the capability, upgrading some weapons like Steeldriver or Bonesnap can be good as well.

Check your speeeeeeed you might need a bit of oias, maybe that's bear nvm looks fine.

Yeah, it says it hits 5 Fps, but not sure if that is 5/4

Is it better to have Oak or Wolverine with a wolfy?

It's 8/5/5/5/5 ... def slower than my 4fps fireclaws druid, but hopefully not TOO slow, don't think.

8/5 Fury is pretty fast, you'll have no problems with that.

Just shows the little knowledge of druids I have. I was just saying that most of you are tired of rate my build so why not kill two birds with one stone.

you never answered: OS or HoW for a wolf druid.

Heh, I never thought you would never turn to the light side, seems like things change... :D

Anyway, if this is for PvM you can have enough attack rating with points in werewolf so I guess Oak if you want more life and How if you want damage... I would go for Oak.

I agree with Forcefeedback, go with Oak Sage. My lvl 67 Druid uses it maxed out and it really helps a lot. I was playing with another Druid who had Heart of Wolverine maxed out, and it only boosted my max dmg by about 200, so it's not really worth it IMHO. Then again, I have a ridiculously low dmg weapon for a lvl 67 Druid, so it might be different for you. I think it's more worth it to go with Oak Sage and approximately double your hitpoints and therefore the time you have to Fury them to death and therefore (obviously) the dmg you do.

Ribcracker or Buriza Do Kanyon are the best weapons for your lvl .... after that (84 lvl) there is only one weapon - the mighty :P Tomb Reaver with 30 more ias

mine is 292 non-eth, and does 324-484 damage.

when you think about it

if you do 400-1500 damage...and your using fury...

your really doing 400 times 5 to 1500 time 5
(which is really 2000 to 7500 damage...

i think thats pretty damn good if your going to go with groups...

my werewolf druid (lvl 86) does 7735 dmg... or 1547 times 5

im content with that... :thumbsup:
