Do you have to be Clvl 90 or above to gamble +2 Skill Amus?

My sorc gambled some +2 skills amus when she was L89. I'm pretty sure about that because she leveled up to 90 just two days ago. However, IIRC she didn't gamble a single one at L88 or earlier.

Gambled items are clvl +4/-5, and amulets require ilvl 90... so you can gamble them at level 86, and are guaranteed a chance with every amulet at clvl 95+.

My sorc got a +3 Fire Skills at lvl87..made my day. I wouldn't know about + ALL skills though.

If the amulets are magic, you can get +3 to skills as I have a clvl 78 sorc and she gambled and received +3 to Fire Skills Amulet. But if were talking Rare Amulets or +2 to all skills, I think you have to be clvl 95 to have a chance everytime you gamble. Does not mean you'll get one, but your chances are that much higher.

just got +2 barb skill rare ammy last night at lvl89. never saw one at 88 or less though.
