The Chances of finding Tyreals Might

Alright,now i already know this is one of the most expensive and rarest item in the game (supposedly O.o) but how the hell do i find it? Now,i already got a response from someone on the battle.net diablo II forums and he said to do MDB runs or anywhere with monsters that are lvl 81. What he didn't answer was if i should solo mf or party mf,or whether i should even ally if i mf in a public game. I'm also wondering what other places are good to mf other than the pit in hell,MDB themselves,etc. If your good at calculating things like this and have an answer for me that you'd like to share,i'd be grateful. Thank You.

Tyraels can only be found from Uniqes/minions in Area84, Uniques/minions/Champions in Area85, or Baal

If you really want Tyraels or something like it, have a look at upgraded Duriels Shell, which is much easier to acquire. The stats are very similar except Duriels defense (up to 1626) is slightly higher, and the level req is 63 vs 84. The only limitation is the strength req on Duriels of 118 which is actually pretty easy to get for a melee type. This is one of the best high defense, low req armours, especially for a merc.

I presume you wanted Tyraels for the low reqs or for the Slain Monsters Rest in Peace ?

Baal has the best chance to drop Tyrael's Might with odds of 1 tyrael's might in 84267 kills of baal. After that the level 85 areas, linked to above, have odds of 1 tyrael's might in 422221 unique monster kills in level 85 areas. Those are in 8 player games with 400MF, in an attempt to provide decent odds.

Not exactly easy...
