I have a conc barbarian(74) and am using and eth nords tenderiser, but have about 8 skill points remaining after maxing shout, battle cry, and conc. I was thinking of putting them into mace mastery, but i dont know if i'll have to get a bigger weapon later on in hell. He does approx 2000-2500 1 handed damage at the moment, but will that be enough later. If so, what would u recommend?
Maxed mastery is not optional..the dmg and AR are crucial. Rebuild and max the mastery first thing.

I really dont need to rebuild, he's doing fine at the moment and i have 8 skill points left, he still has 85% chance to hit at the moment. The real question is should i max mace mastery and just use my current weapon, will it do enough damage later on?

I don't think that 2000-2500 one handed damage is going to do the trick for you. Try to find or trade for a weapon that you know you want to use, and then plan you mastery around that weapon.
Eth Nords will provide sufficiant damage with mastery, its not gonna be an over whelming power house like a BotD but it will have decent killing power and speed for a conc barb.

in hell, mobs have between 6k-13k hps. if you are doing 3k, it will take you between 2-5 hits, not including critical/deadly strikes.
so, work backwards. if you want to kill mobs in 2 hits max, you need 7k damage. if you want to kill them in 1, you need 13k+.
IMO, 3.5k-4k max damage is sufficiant, before I got my BotD I was doing around this ammount of damage (WW) and really had no probablems with it.
after maxing shout, battle cry, and conc.
Please, please tell me that you meant to say Battle Orders? Maxing battle cry would be a terrible waste, especially since BO is virtually required for barbs nowadays.
