WereBear Dex?

I am making a werebear druid, maxing skills maul, bear, lycanthropy, HoW...
My dex is 50 at lvl 20 and my AR is fine, but should I put any points into dexerity? I am planning on using mauls and pretty heavy armor...
I am not sure if the HoW and items will be good enough in hell, so should I put any of my points into dexerity or no?

So by "get by" do you mean he will be able to survive but not that good?
Is it better to leave dex alone or put some points in to it(if so how many points?)

Dragoons said to pump it up a little or something like that and the fireclaws guide said his was around 200dex...

If you have good items/charms you will do fine with no Dex in PvM. The FC Guide is for PvP, and you need the Dex for Block, whereas you won't need it for PvM.
