I just traded for Deaths Web and traded my 31 Hoto, Ptopazed Shako Goldwrap and lum and ko? Was this a fair trade I have no idea and was just wondering.

IMO its too expensive.... but then again as long as u are comfortable.... I guess its alrite.

I guess it depends greatly where you play but I paid Vex + WF + @ for my 2/1/53 Death's Web. For my first Death's Web (2/2/49 no soc) I paid only Vex + Shako which I though was a very good deal for me. Then again, I play in Europe Hardcore Ladder so the prices may differ.

i think the bottom line is basically as long as you are happy with the trade its worthwhile,
regardless of what the going rate is. deaths web is certainly something necros tend to trade heavy for.

If it has too do with a trade, it's for the trade forum. After all the Death's could be for a Rabies Druid. If he asked about a build then it would be fine. And reminding people of the rules is fine IMO and MM certaintly was rude nor did he flame

You got something that you must have really wanted...and must be happy about getting. So, no matter what you gave up to get it, it was a good deal for you.
You can't put a price on something...if you got something you really wanted.
By the way, what are all the stats on your death's web?

[Sorry I didnt mean to post it in the wrong forum just figured there be more of a concentration of necros here, thats all and figured most posion necros would be interested since it has to do with trade values for items there interested in. Anyways the stats on it are 2/2/53 someone else put a 5/3 psn facet in.
I forgot what I traded for my Deaths Web but on Ladder East, that would be a bit much in my books but on non-ladder, much better deal.
No love for MM?

Just FYI:
Posting something like this in the trade forum usually gets you much less than helpful responses, if you even get any. While most people ignore you altogether, the people who post will tell you about how much better they are at trading and how you are a noob. Totally unhelpful. Since we have so many opinions, we might be better people to ask.
I'm with everyone else on the idea that it's not what you pay but how much you like what you get in a trade. It's a great item. Enjoy it!

I fail to see how him posting in this forum hurt anyone in any way? If you're bothered that loading the page to read the post wasted some of your time, then blame yourself, the subject said it all.
If it's a big enough problem, a mod can relocate it.

MM's comment was not made or said in a inflamatory manner. It was simple comment. No need to take offence.
As far as I have seen he's been nothing but helpful here.

I think we've all ekpt it civil. It's just commonly accepted (in might be writen somewhere) that any thing to do with trading should be kept to trade forums.

What about the mana & life per kill?
Mine(on UsWest ladder) has a 2/2/46(I put a 5/5 facet in also for 51) /12 to mana/7 to life per kill
Also, all Mad Mantis was doing was giving you a heads up...nothing more.

just curious... why would someone talk about a deaths web trade for a rabies druid in the necro forum? i ll stand by everything i said. worthwhile trade IMHO.

3. While you may have been lurking around these here parts for months / years / days. I don't care. With such a low post count, you should really try to appreciate help from others, especially when it comes from the likes of MM / KBOB / HOS / NC / G and others. We are all pretty friendly people, and we all post pretty regularly.

I saw this thread and gave it the benefit of the doubt... while it should technically be in trade values, I saw it as a one off thread that didn't really hurt anybody, so I wasn't going to get involved (providing it did not happen often).
However, now I fear its going OT fast, and in a bad way (fingers, anuses and post counts are being referenced :cheesy: ). I feel the posters original question has now been answered.
So... I could either babysit this thread, or lock it, forget about it, and go grab a beer.
