View Full Version : Can Hell Hellforge drop an eld rune?

I never belived it but Sparrowhawk reported:

"Hell Hellforge once dropped me an eld rune. Think I was happy? NO!"

I belived that a drop less than Hel rune was theoretical impossible from HELL Hellforge.

Any comments???

I thought I heard there is a minimum rune drop for each difficulties. Someone knows better please clarify.

In 1.10 there is a minimum drop of Hel in Hell Hellforge (that should be easy to remember ;) )

There is nothing stopping a monster nearby dropping any lower runes though.

Either (a) Sparrowhawk was mistaken (b) he was playing an earlier version (c) a monster dropped the Eld and he was so angry he didn't see the better rune sitting behind it...

Last timeI went to the hell hellforge, hephasto dropped an Um and the forge itself dropped gul. I was happy :winner:

Oh yeah, well one time Hephasto dropped nothing and the forge gave me a HEL rune! And the guy who was rushing me took it!

sorry to burst ur bubble guys.

my last 2 hell forge runs netted me 2 guls, and a ist from heph himself....i was VERY happy with that....but i have had to hel run..lasted for 5 characters, was NOT impressed, mind u got a io out of it and de-socketed some stuff i traded for for cheap cos it was socketed with sheit.
