Will +skill items boost marrowwalks 33 bone prison?
My skillitems provides 25 lvls.
So a maxed skill at 20 base lvl, will get lvl 45 (p&b's)
If skillitems boost marrowwalk, that bone pris will get lvl 58.
If that works..hmm, isnt skills capped at lvl 47 anymore?
Just hoping to get some answers regarding these thoughts, hehe.

so this following eq, will then boost marrowwalks 33 bone pris, to lvl 46.
2 sojs (2)
arach (1)
maras (2)
shako (2)
enigma (2)
hoto (3)
anni (1)
13 to all skills + marrows 33 = 46
and without the marrowbug, and using max bone pris, ill get lvl 45 bone pris with my skillitems for pb/all-skills.
hmm which means i get 1 skill less, then with marrowbug.
and the marrowbug allows me to have 20 more skills, to put on teeth/bonespear for example.
am i right at this..or have i missed something? ;P
grateful for an confirmation that this is 100% accurate and that marrows 33 bone pris still works as a synergie for bonearmor and bonespirit ;P

As I understand it + skills do NOT add to synergies. Meaning the additional levels you gain from your items only increase the direct damage, it does not add synergy %'s.
If you use the Marrowwalk bug you gain a level 33 synergy bonus. This is why it is called a bug, whether it will be changed is still up for debate, as is the name "bug".
When you max your bone prison you will gain synergy bonuses accordingly. In neither case should you gain any synergy bonuses from + skills. Only the direct increase.

Dont know if u understood my question.
When bone prison gets higher lvl then 33 (if it does, with those +all skill-items i had mentioned) it will also be a higher synergic for bone armor aswell as bone spirit.
Or is all synergic capped at lvl 20 (which is max lvl without any skill-items/charms.)
Would it be worth using the marrowbug when i would, without the bug, having lvl 45 to all the p&b-skills i max?
Or is the difference too low to care about?
Perheps the marrowbug is just good for those who doesnt have 25 extra p&b-skill items/charms?

Im still a newb on nec's.
Made a bs-nec for pure pvp's without using bone pris or such.
Just having them maxed for getting higher bs-dmg and better absorb on the b-armor.
Now i've remade my nec, to try the marrowbug, but as i started the nec, i got into thinking, which led me here ^^

Its capped at 20, only hard points count toward synergies. The individual skill itself, however, can be boosted by +skill items.
The sooner its fixed the better. The amout of threats about this bug is sickening. Have people lost the skill to actually do without this?
Yes you may need 100 skill to perfect this skill (an still do less dam) but this is not an excuse. Go ah head and get to lvl 88 and youll be a much better 'legit' necro... :rant:

i have a "legit" nec at lvl 92 ladder
lvl 45 bs, bone armor, bone wall, bone prison, started to max teeth now, 1 on claygolem, resist, mastery, weak/amp-curse.
60% fhr, 1.6k life, max block.
the reason why i made a new nec was cuz i made a new playing acc, and thought i'd try the marrowbug, for the experience.

You havent dont woory. Its just the frequency that Marrow Walk Bug threats apear with... :grrr:

Yes it was towards the +skill thingy. But I was mentioning this is one of 6 marrow walk threads on the first screen alone... not including my rant. :grrr:

erhm..almost right, but still kinda wrong ;P
the question was, if using marrow walk, and having +15 all skill items, if those 15 extra skills, would give more synergies to bone armor and bone spirit.
but now i think i understand it dont.
so using marrow walk with my current gear, wouldnt help me getting more dmg i think.
i think ill go with my ol gear and getting 45 to bs, bonewall, bone pris, bone armor, and a few on teeth.

Upgraded Homonculus 398 def 198%ed (Cham-socket)
10 p&b-skillers, some with 36 Life up to 40, some with 12% fhr and 2 with +6 str.
Then a few 5% fhr-sc's and 2*20/17 mana/life sc's, and finally one anni.
15 Base-str. as my enigma needs 30 str.
Not sure exactly how much dext, but enough to get 75% block with items, im guessing i have around 200'ish with items.
Vitality is about 3xx.
He has 60% fhr which imho is enough (dunno if its possible to get to a higher breakpoint, ive forgot) :lol:

1) Is the dex for max block worth it?
2) Would u put dex in life given a 2nd chance?

1. Yes, max block is imho worth it.
2. I get my nec to 90'ish, using about 200-210 dext with items, just for max block. Then the rest on vita, no energy nor str. Just dex for block and the rest on vita.
3. Well i try PvP in privates with the best duellers i know and we have loads of fun, public duells happens at some occations..hehe, those are boring, bur easy.
