Which skill kills things fastest? Frenzy, Berserk, Whirlwind, Concentration with 2hander? Assume it is completely synergized.
Zerk winds up with the most damage thats all magical so they would kill fastest i guess but it does have its down side of 0 def

I dont know about the 1v1 pvm, I saw a frenzy last night out killing my zerker all night...made me think, y the hell doesnt my frenzy do that???
well, I guess your technically asking what does the most damage in a single attack, pvm, although you can correct me if I'm wrong...
Apparently Leap Attack is the single most powerful 1-shot skill attack.
Upside: if synergized, Leap Attack does +780% damage (or in that immediate range), so it actually does the largest amount of damage of any of the skill attacks.
Downside: Is a timered attack, like meteor. See below for best solution.
If combined with a regular leap for the knockback effect during the time-out period, you can bump and bonk most creatures, with the exception of unique boss and super-uniques, apparently.
This is obviously operating on the assumption that you don't mind hopping around like a frog to kill critters.
I'm gonna do it so I can dress a mace barb in Levi, Gaze, and an upgraded Steeldriver, and then run around screaming "KERMIT MUST KILL!"

leap attack + leap: 870
zerk + howl + shout: 835
but, hell mobs get phys dam reduced, so zerk's magic damage gives it the edge.

Leap Attack isn't timered and I think global damage reduce in hell was removed in 1.09

it's back, and worse than before. mobs vary from 13-66% pdr.
approximate quote: LA is not timered.
Ok, might not be. I'm pretty sure that I had read that it was, but I ain't an expert. If not, groovy; and I technically owe someone a beer. Next you're up around my next of the redneck woods, I'll buy... :)
Anyways, I dredged up the address for the site about Leap Attack Barbs.

And I dunno if berserk ends up doing that much more, once you factor potential elemental damage from charms or items into everything. For example, the whole IK set has about +1200 in 4 elemental types, doesn't it? (I haven't actually finished my IK barb yet, so I dunno)
