Okay, this phone sucks because it can barely hold 20 messages and when it's full, you can't receive anything.

All the Sony phones in Japan take a memory stick for added memory needs. Doesn't that one?

Ummm look into this next time you get a phone? I don't really know what to tell you, try what durf said and when it doesn't work blame him for it.

20 messages? That sounds extremely low, are you sure? Even my old Nokia 5110 can hold at least that many.
