NON Magical Pally shield with mods for rhyme

Can you use a NON MAGICAL pally shield that has some resistence mods on it to make rhyme. Say you find something that has 2 sockets & 23 resist all, will that work......I know you cannot use a magic shield of any kind for runewords......

OK. I have a lvl 90 hammerdin with over 400% MF. I run the Pit often. I will have to try & find a shield like that. Now that i think of it, i will look for a NON pally shield with good resist mods, make a rhyme shield & give it to my sor or wind druid.

Try nightmare cows, they have chances to drop the highest amount of res on a palla shield...

NON pally shields won't get resist mods at all, sadly.

FYI rhyme also works in necro shrunked heads.

Lol.. I play single Player dude, and ATMA (the software that produces the stats) is under the wings of DII.net Single player community

Anyways, just to answer the question, i got my shield running nightmare racks at kurast bazaar, lower kurast, upper kurast, etc... Got my assasin, used BOS, and ran like hell popping all racks, chest, stashes and whatever. :clap:
