Is it possible? What I am planning is a fanatic/avenger.
Maxed fanaticism
Maxed conviction
10 pts Holy Shield
10 pts Zeal
1 pt vengence
6 pts each in: sacrifice; resist lightning, resist cold; resist fire
I know that except for the resist skills this is pretty much an old fashioned multi-tasking paladin - able to perform against individual bosses or crowds.
My question is can it still be done? If you have pretty good equipment, not BotD, but GA, gaze, Nords, maybe HoZ, Thundergod's. In other words, maxed resistances, some good absorb, speedy killing weapon - can you go through the game if you can stay away from IM?
