3 max damage / 20 attack rating / 20 life small charms, they're dupes.

To add - many made it through rust storm alive, so watch for those dupes on non-ladder. I understood that a 3/20/20 can legitimately spawn, but the odds are so low, i wouldn't trust one unless it was on ladder.

I may be mistaken but I think the 3 to damage and 20 to AR are linked to one prefix (i think it's "fine"). So it would be a a fine small charm of vita. Watch out for them.

However, you should also know, that if you do happen to stumble across a fine small charm of vita with 3 max damage, 15-19 ar and 15-19 to life, they are worth a lot more than the 3/20/20s, since there are actually people out there who want to wear legit items ;)

yes if ound a 3/18ar/19 life sc on hc a while back and i traded it for a shako + skulders + a few items (.09)

Also I think a 3/19/20 sc is duped so watch out for them too.
