Wich Realm to choose

Hi!
I`ve played d2 online since it came out, But now ive had a one year break. So all my characters and items are gone.. So im going for a fresh start, thinking of making a conc-barb.
I live in Norway (europe) does that mean that i have to choose that realm for my character? I could need some help just get my char up an going. Anybody on this forum on europe realm? Or should I create my characters on a other realm?

Europe would be the natural choice, the servers are probably less laggy for you since they're in Europe too. In the end it however comes to your personal choice. There's lots of people from Europe around these forums.

Ok I`ll go for Europe then.. My old clan/guild seems to have disapeared, so if anyone wanna give me a start, I would appreachiate it (bad spelling huh?)
