About impale

If I use an indestructable spear (eg. unique warpike) won't impale be the best boss killer out there?

If that's the case I'm planning to make a LF/Impale zon since we all know how crappy LF is against boss =[

Impale is a slow attack that goes off at a maximum speed of about 14 fps, but it will do a lot of damage. It takes some practice positioning your decoy, valkyire and mercenary properly so you will not be targeted during your impale... because since impale is slow you can be easily disrupted in your hits. Overall people prefer jab instead since it is faster and cannot be disrupted..

I had never used Impale before. I did and my god, its the slowest attack in the game. So so so so so so so so so so so so so slow. Slow creatures can walk the length of the screen before you actually attack.

Yep, it is indeed the slowest attack in the game. The only thing worse are timered skills. All in all it does have its applications if you use your minions to your advantage.
