1. What does heal stamina mean?

2. Whats teh recipe to upgrade a regular crystal sword into a dimension blade and then to phase blade?

1. It increases the rate at which your stamina bar refills when you walk/stop instead of run.

2. A regular Crystal Sword can't be upgraded. A Rare or Unique one can, using the recipes at http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/cube.shtml

hmmm but ppl all the time want ethereal crystal swords so what if I make bod with 1 can I then upgrade it to phase blade?

No - runewords don't count as rare or unique, so it'll be stuck in whatever base item you use.

If you imbue an Ethereal Crystal Sword, it may get decent mods (high ED, leech, etc), and it will stay ethereal. You can then upgrade any excellent results to Phase Blades to make them Indestructible and high-damage.

That's what I'd guess people want Eth Crystal Swords for, anyway.
