Who makes the Best PVP Werewolf... BARB OR DRUID?
druid can really go into some nice hybrid... im thinking Rabies and Fury (fury setup on weapon switch and rabies setup on other weapon switch)
Barb can have MONSTER life. Perf skills wolf howl + Beast runeword = 9 lycanthropy... then you add in the maxed BO etc etc... Also dont underestimate giving another class another skill (just look at how effective WW assas are with only +1 WW)
so which potentially can be the most powerfull?

+all skills work with it too, and probably ss charms.
Feral rage just really limits them, so I say druid until barbs get fury.
I agree .. i havent lost to a barb druid yet, not saying none can beat me ... just havent seen any yet, as long as a druid has angelics on or decent ar they will win IMO.

FR can't get that high speed, can it? Or all that much damage... And damage is king.

Well I think if you put em 1on1 the true druid will win...
But I think the barb-druids are alittle more well rounded.
They don't have to use any combat skills so this frees up tons of points. They can then max Battle Orders, Shout, Iron Skin, Weapon Mastery, and don't forget Increased Run/walk skill, and Natural Resists.
I think they would make for a better all around pvp'er because with 15+ points in Increased speed, there run/walk is just nuts. Then add an item like enigma for 45%, boots with 40%, run/walk charms, ect...
They could be pretty scarey in duels with all that desyncing...
And with Iron Skin + Shout, there defense is just stupid.
So they got a edge on melle via there defense, and vs ranged chars or teleporters, they got massive run walk for desync.
i havent lost to a wolf howl barb either... with my ww...

my rabies druid fought a ww barb and I had ZERO chance of winning. it wasn't even close, he had insane BO+massive ss skills he had to have at least 10k life and full psn res, and still mad PLR. and he could destroy my 7k life in 4 hits. and if he wanted, just switch to barb mode and whirlwind me.
don't underestimate wolf barbs they have incredible potential.
Proudfoot, barbs can get a 3 frame feral ;)

I also see potential in them, although they are hardly close to beating my fury + rabies druid.
I will make one and see myself for that.
And ss charms shouldn't be working with them.
It should when a barb has a shapeshifting skill. Reason I'm saying is because my friends use warcry gcs for their bo.

unless char screen lies, ss charms on a barb in single dont work.

it shouldn't. Is there a way of making them work, or does it drectly work?
I think they should have good potential b/c high life, fast attack, high defence, etc.
I just havent seen one that was all that good.

It doesnt. Only general +1 all help with that AFAIK

I presume:
I will have 15k life with 20k def.
and
1k avg dmg at 3 fpa according to TheDragoon's calculator.

Im pretty sure that we still deal no physical damage at 3 frames though. At least in .09, not sure about now.

Look at it this way, who attacks faster in human form, barbs or druids?
It carries when shifted...
On a note, I think I'd rather go 5 frames and have good damage with feral...

I agree on the damage note though. Dmg is king.

I have yet to meet a werebarb that can beat me... i have yet to see a werebarb do 3 frames with feral (not saying it's impossible, just saying that i've never seen anyone with it)
Blizz has thoroughly destroyed pvp... of course it was on purpose, they want us to play the game, not duel each other... what i think they just can't realize is that the game gets really boring after you've beaten it 20,000,000 times...

i love led zepplin too keke..
anyways... i think blizz made pvp MUCH more fun... we actually see lots of different pvp builds hitting the scene. thats a good thing.
