Why is it that all the skills show up on the right skill button, but only a select few show up on the left? And is it possible to get certain skills to show up on the left that are not currently there?

Nope, sorry, thats just the way its laid out.

Only certain skills can be used on the left click. Mostly spam type attack skills. Example, you can put fireball there, but not meteor.

only skills that need a target can be put on left.. otherwise how would you move?

What you can do is change the configuration for your skills. All you need to do is place your cursor over a skill and press "fX" (x being a number between 1-8).

That config. is then saved.

Sure you can hotkey the left hand skills but you won't be able to use the scroll wheel to change the left side skill. And no, you are correct, you can't add skills to the left side that are not there already.

I would love to have teleport always on the left and never walk anywhere again :D
