I used this build strategy for my first Assasin and built her up to level 74. This build suggests maxing TS, DC, PS, CM & SM. I've been having difficulties killing in Hell. Several posts here mention not using Tiger Strike in coordination with the Dragon Claw finishing skill. Most people seem to be suggesting Dragon Tail instead. Is there any way to salvage this character build...or should I scrap it and start a new Assasin?

In general I run in (with BoS) and begin by tiger striking, then cobra strike, then phoenix strike then release with dragon claw. After a couple of kills I lay down some Death Sentries and continue clawing. In hell though, this isn't working very well. Any suggestions on how to either change my strategy, or finish the build or scrap the build altogether.

Chains Armor
venom grip gloves

Firelizard claws (off hand)
Chaos Runeword (first hand)

lastly, what's the difference between which hand I place which weapon? I also have a Jadetalon available. No Bartuc's yet though. I also have a full Nat's but can't equip the talon yet (level 79 req'd)

Without any synergies PS won't help you at all. The dmg just won't cut it at all. TS + DC doesn't work that great either. You're prolly better off just using DC. DC has more AR , which means you do hit more , DC attacks faster then TS , and DC has a %ed that works with every hit , TS %ed only works after charging 3 times + releasing.

Yeah, this build was before 1.10, so synergies weren't considered. But are you suggesting attacking only with the Dragon Claw finishing skill. WithOUT chargeups?!? Or just not the Tiger Strike Chargeup?

Unless they're physical immune, i'd cast CoS and then run amok with just plain old DC. No chargeups.

Yes.. no charge up..

usually CoS first to make them blind and lower def%, then ATTACKK!!! with DC only.. its quite fast.. and very HIGH AR.. so mostly all hit... They won't do much dmg.. but if rapid attack is applied.. its still the same in total :)
Based on how fast you're attack is..

Venom help as well with DC :thumbsup:
