WW breakpoints

i cant seem to find any information on WW breakpoints. if was wondering if someone could provide them for the different weapon speeds. also i was wondering if in 1.10 the IAS from outside sources other than the weapon will work. i seem to remember in 1.09 that only the IAS on the weapon itself would help.

i also need to know, youd think with how they totally violated WW and made into a weaker skill atleast you could get some outside ias

The WW BP's for one handed weapons are -10 and -35 . (the only ones I remember)
WW is NOT affected by any outside IAS,it still works the way it did in 09.

As for the other thing:

1handed weapons and All swords: -10 and -35
All 2Handed weapons But swords: -10, -30 and -60

Yep. For all Base weapon Speeds.

Basically you take the base weapon speed and Subtract any IAS on the weapon to reach the Bps.
