I'm making my first wolf, plan on max werewolf, lycantrophy, fury, oak sage. Also have 4 pts in feral rage, and the rest plan to go in grizzly, so no points for fire claw or rabies. I'm at level 60 and in nightmare act3, and met first PI monster. I looked at lightsabre, don't have enough dex for it. I can probable use it with a hel in, but the magic and lighting damage dosen't seems to be much compare to the monster hitpoint, especially with 8 players. Azurewrath is good but level requirement is too high.
So what do you people use against physical immune ones, especially in hell with lots of players in?

Baranar's Star is excellent, for one. Wands with high elemental damage can work as well, and can be bought from most vendors.
Mercenaries can help, too, if you have one of the Mages from Act 3.

here we go again
1) bstar/tiamats
2) buriza
3) charges/chance to cast amp/decripify on the monsters, it will remove their immunities
4) high elemental damage items/charms (yes like proud said, wands for example)
5) high elemental damage with the help of jewels/pgems/runes in open skts items.
6) open wounds
7) rabies/fireclaws
8) armageddon (its ok, but not great)

I can't use/find most of the stuff since I'm only at level 60 in act 3 nm right now and have no points left for fire claw/rabies.

Look at the merchants such as Akara for wands with Lightning damage. They'll do the trick for you for a while.

i would think chance to cast amp on magic items/rare items are abundant?

Actually yeah, I'm a 1.10 nub. Look for those.

Here's a couple of ideas:
-Have Reapers Toll on your Merc. Decrepify works wonders.
-Have Gavel of Pain on switch. Either Fury until Amp is cast or transform, use one of the Amp charges and transform back
-Have IK Maul with Boots(and/or other parts) for elemental damage
Ok, time for a nub question from me...
If Amplify Damage and Decripify removes Physical Immunity, then do they also remove elemental immunities? Or how about Lower Resist? (I'm thinking of this because of my FC bear, mostly)

No, Decrepify and Amp only affect PHYSICAL damage. Lower Resist(you can get from a wand) is what you are after.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooob!!! ;)

Hehe! There are not gadgets that gives % Chance to Cast Lower Resist, am I right? Then I'd need to unshift and switch weapon. :(

You are in Nightmare, you say? Well, Baranar's Star can be found in Nightmare, it requires that a lvl 65 monster drops the bstar, Diablo is lvl 65 and I'm sure Baal is higher, just do diablo and baal runs into you find the bstar, trust me, you'll have an easier time in hell with that, cause there are more physical immune monsters in hell

I actually have several in stash of characters, just I can't use it yet, only lvl 60 right now. :p
Since this is my first pure physical damage character(lvl 99 paladin has vengence, lvl 99 druid has fire claw, lvl 89 necro has poison, and lel 86 barb has berserk), I was wondering, is the elemental damage on b star enough to kill PI things late in hell? only 600 damage at it's best dosen't seem like a lot, especailly with more players in game.
I saw there is another rune word (passion i think?) give +1 to berserk, anyone tried that?

You will have to go to human form in order to use berserk, you would be better off with the bstar 1st and maybe later with a gimmershred or similar... (IK maul + other parts of the set, the unique Collossus Crossbow, etc...)

But even after go back to human form, I can do almost 1.5k damage right now at lvl 60, I'd imagine more once I stack up some +skill and more strength.
I dunno, I'll try both and see which one works better for me.

I think the answer is pretty simple...the best way to avoid physical immunes for a ww is to make a hybrid. Fury / rabies or fury / fireclaws are excellent builds...read electroblues guide, i found it to be very effective and i luv my rabies druid right now (37 k dmg with mass life yea!)
Unique aegis has %chance to cast lower res when struck.
Would be nice on an act 3 merc for a sorc or elemental caster.

Gimmershred...hmmm...what kind of speed would that be fury wise?...I dont think TheDragoon's calc has a listing for a throwing axe.

Actually NM Diablo cannot drop Baranars Star (TC is too high, so he can't even drop a Devil Star) or ANY Elite uniques (NM Baal can't drop Baranar's either, though he can drop a handfull of Elite Uniques) at all. Act 1 Hell (in places like The Pit) is a good place to find Baranars (I found one a few days ago in Lvl 2 Pit). That being said NM Diablo is my fav place to find the best Exceptional Uniques. But Baranar's (or Devil Stars in general) will not drop in NM.

A Necromancer :)
I suppose if you really wanted to, carry a gavel of pain on weapon switch, shift to human and cast Amp dmg, then shift back.
The best combination would be elemental weapons AND amp on attack.. an atmas would fire one off every 4 fury's on average.

The unique gorgon x-bow Pus Spitter has a chance to cast lower resist and only requires lvl 36 to use.
Actually Pus Spitter is a Siege Xbow, but when its upgraded it becomes a Gorgon. By the way, thats one of those items in 1.10 that gets a big lift from being upgraded, been looking for 200%+ ED Pus Spitter to upgrade for quite awhile.

I would advise you to retire that char and start a hybrid.
use your retired char for nm superdrop runs.

No way, I'm mowing down the bad guys like nothing there, and haven't died yet.

1) bstar/tiamats
That combo let me kill just about any monster in hell, that along with a act 1 merc who deals magic damage also.
