I'm wondering how important Prevent Monster Heal is? I currently have the mod through Hwanin's Belt but am wondering how much of a problem it will be if I switch over to a different belt?

Baal Minions, the last wave. They regenerate rather quickly.

Would you say it's more useful than just keeping a poison damage charm?

Poison charm couldn't stop DC super fast hp regeneration.

How much poison damage does it take to prevent monster heal? On regular monsters as well as bosses?

If you poison a monster (assuming they're not poison immune), it drops life regeneration to zero automatically. Doesn't work the same way with other players though.

It's not so much the amount of poison, it is the duration that counts. You want the monster to stay green until you get your next shot/volley off. Also, open wounds will do the same thing against poison immunes.

Aren't most poison charms at least like 5 seconds? Is duration effected by difficulty level? The way freeze is?

I took a quick look at http://www.diabloii.net/strategy/x-articles/taopoison.shtml and found nothing to indicate that poison duration is penalized like cold in NM,Hell. But, I could be wrong.
