While this last week has suffered from many contributors being busy one way or another, we’ve still had a few major updates, and the month of November has been absolutely Wikitastic! Remember that you can make it even better with a typo fix, or lore update yourself. Manuals and a lot of other lore information are already available in the Diablo 3 Wiki to start writing! Besides some major updates earlier this week, the following articles have been the focus in the past few days. We’ve bolded the new or majorly updated ones:
Barbarian - Spirit Skill Tree - Sanctuary
As for the Diablo 2 Wiki, it’s primarily Widus’ work, who is one of the most reliable and active DiabloWiki contributors:
Prefixes - One of the biggest parts of Diablo 2 is under way to be fixed.- Suffixes - ...and suffixes are of couse the end part of that.
- Throwing - Item stat updates, and patch 1.12 changes.
- Daggers - Item stat updates.
- Javelins - ...and more item stat updates…
There has also been several other minor updates like that of the Giant Mosquito and Mephisto, and there has been updates by a few more people as well. For both the wikis, we should all thank Widus, HegemonKhan, Asteria, Mrguy, RedSky, Jeda, Milkman and IchiroMihara for taking time out to help the rest of us with keeping all the Diablo info up to date!
For the whole of November, the updates have been too many to list here, but some of the major updates have been:
Magic - Such a simple word contains SO much knowledge.- Undead & Skeleton - Related to magic, but a life of their own.
- Critical hit - Massively cool feature of Diablo 3.
- Skill runes - The new main form of customization in Diablo 3.
- Runewords - One of the biggest mysteries of Diablo 2 explained!
- Attributes - Diablo 3 attributes are quite different from previous games…
- Skills - All skill trees have had serious updates in the last month!
Barbarian skills - Smash things up!- Witch Doctor skills - Make things sick!
- Wizard skills - Fry things to ashes!
- Prefixes & Suffixes - Needs mentioning again
- Destructibles - Another overly cool feature of Diablo 3.
- Talisman - The mysterious Talisman’s powers…
- Inventory - No more inventory Tetris.
- Experience - The new thing is the lvl-up effect. It rocks!
- Difficulty - What will change from Diablo 2?
Monsters - Updates include two new monsters! Unburied and MalformedDiablo 2 Strategies - We have begun restoring old guides!
- Clvl 99 in Record Time - A description on how to level fast!
- Muling Guide - With current means of storing items, this is a guide to help you.
- Flux’s Javazon Guide - Make a Javazon yourself.
- Premium Bow Comparison - Everything you need to know about the best of the best bows.
- Quests - Diablo 3 quests will be more intricate than Diablo 2, and more optional in content.
- NPCs - Several NPCs have seen updates.
